[boost] [quickbook] controlling table of contents

Hello all, Is there a way for more fine control of QuickBook table of contents (toc)? Specifically, I'd like to: 1) Have a toc in the first page with only the sections (no subsections) listed. 2) Then, have a full toc on the second documentation page with all sections and subsections listed.
