These changes are a fairly simple search and replace. If no one has any objections I'm just going to apply them to trunk tomorrow without getting individual authors' permissions.

I've skimmed through the changesets and they seem non-controversial. Note that the changes have to be applied to both the trunk and branches/release. Thanks, --Beman
