The first place was the "Feedback : [mailing list]" link here http://www.boost.org/tools/build/v2/index.html The second place I ran into it was while looking at discussion references in the Trac Tickets. I had some text file like hacking.txt that had it wrong... but when I grep for 'ahoo' I can't find where I got it. So, for now, the web page is the biggest offender.
