[boost] [log] Permission to merge to trunk

Hi, I'd like to ask for permission to merge Boost.Log v2 to Boost trunk. The library has passed the review back in 2010 and was provisionally accepted [1]. It has been reworked since then, and in a few recent posts I described the changes [2][3].
