[boost] [conversion] version 0.5.0 available

Hi, I have uploaded the version 0.5 of Boost.Conversion which includes respect ot the preceding version New Features: * Added a pack funcrion able to pack the Source and the Target constructor arguments in one parameter used (to convert vectors). * Added conversion between std::vector of explicitly convertible types.
