I'm experiencing long delays between sending a message to this list and getting it back from the list (even a lot longer than the usual hour it took on good days). Also, messages from other people on the list arrive very late here and they often do not appear in the order they've been sent in.
Looking at the traces left in the header of Joel's recent message, I see:

(Note the different timezones.) This seems to indicate the message wasn't processed for two hours at OSL. Is there a problem at OSL?
