I was unclear adn a bit spun yesterday for out-of-ML reason. I have nothing against JIT, we even JIT openCL atm for GPGPU support. i was a bit against JIT for the problem at hand and th eproposal we were making.
As a Boost library, it intends to do only one job, in a generic and minimal fashion, and do it well.
