Hi, I want to participate in Gsoc and like Vineet I think that boost is the place which I could work better. If you are interested in any please tell us (here on the mailing list so that possible mentors can get in contact with you). If you want to make another proposal which is not on the Wiki again please tell us (again here on the mailing list so that we can see whether it's something suitable for Boost).
