Does anyone else think that the primary medium for discussion concerning boost should be a forum such as IPB or phpBB, rather than a mailing list? I have a library that I want to contribute so after some time digging around boost.org I hopped on the mailing list here, but I really can't following any of the discussions, the people involved, or the formal process for submitting a new library. Is it just me? _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe & other changes: http://lists.boost.org/mailman/ listinfo.cgi/boost
It is also much easier to miss related msgs in different fora/topics you don't subscribe to. My mailer threads and I pretty much ignore threads I know I don't care about, or simply skim. Mailing list does have its advantages. And I get it on my blackberry... Nah, simple mail and in plain text works best for me :) -- Herve
