[boost] FW: is serialization library cross platform compatible

Hi boost experts, I am using boost serialization library in one of my project. I have a question regarding that, is serialization library of boost cross platform compatible? By 'cross platform', I mean that, can we de-serialize a 64 bit dump in a 32 bit machine? Thanks, Arunava.
