[boost] qcc and Serialisation lib results

The Serialisation failures seem to be related to the compiler options used, see http://engineering.meta-comm.com/boost-regression/CVS-RC_1_34_0/developer/ou... With other gcc compilers we use -ftemplate-depth to avoid this issue, can we apply something similar to the qcc toolset to fix these? Thanks, John.
