I think that it is too early to fill any external bug reports for the compiler that is unable to compile the first "hello world" example from the Stroustrup's book.

I've confirmed in face-to-face discussion with several key Clang folks that they do indeed to want bug reports against the Windows port. In other words, just what Jonathan said. --Beman
