It might also be a good idea to post the documentation somewhere on the internet so we can browse through it without having to hack our way through the build system first.
The documentation is online at http://tim.klingt.org/boost_lockfree/. There used to be a link on the Boost Review Schedule page [1], but since the review started it's gone (why is there a "Link" column in the "Schedule" table but not in the "Past Review Results and Milestones" table?)
