[boost] [coroutine] update for intel/clang

The lib compiles with gcc, intel, clang (bug fixed), msvc and mingw (statically linked) on Windows. The fixed version of boost.coroutine is available at: http://ok73.funpic.de/boost-coroutine.zip. The documentation is updated too: http://ok73.funpic.de/boost/libs/coroutine/doc/html/index.html Oliver
