[boost] [odeint ] Can fix for ticket #12034 be merged into master branch?

The fix for Boost ticket #12034 has been in the develop branch for about 6 months now. Could this please be merged into the master branch so it makes it in for Boost 1.62 release? Thanks, Aparna
