Looks like we still have a bit of chasing up to do on the license front.
The latest (and as long as I've seen them) Boost inspection notification (2007-05-23/RC_1_34_0) *LC* contains: Problem counts: 661 files missing Boost license info or having wrong reference text 398 files missing copyright notice /$
