As an example, consider the library 'property tree'. Its interface and implementation weren't and aren't perfect but they solve a real-world problem in the absence of an alternative. There was a lot of debate that an imperfect library perhaps shouldn't be part of Boost. Thankfully it got accepted and thanks to Sebastian for moving it forward recently.
We had quite a good review IMO. What do you think it wrong with the library? -Thorsten
