No it doesn't. The date time documentation hasn't been merged to release for 6 months. If you're looking at documentation on 'boost-sandbox' then you're looking at the the trunk documentation. Because the redirect files are the same on trunk and release, they can only redirect to a single version of the documentation.
Oh, man. That's my fault. Somehow I forgot to commit locally merged doc changes in the release branch. :( Sorry for the noise.
