[boost] [result_of?] New regression test failures on Trunk

The Trunk test results are showing that a number of new failures (e.g. xpressive/parameter/bimap) have appeared in the past couple of days. The failures appear to have occured as a result of the change to result_of.hpp for Ticket #1535 (at least, reverting result_of.hpp to the previous version allows the xpressive tests to pass on VC9).
