[boost] Naming of Boost.Graph binary

The binary for Boost.Graph is named differently from all the other library binaries; in particular it is called libbgl-viz-xxx rather than libboost_graph-xxx. This is going to complicate the Getting Started Guide, and although I understand the desire to make it clear that the library is only needed for use with GraphViz, I wonder if this nonuniformity is really worth the price.
