I have been working on improvements for the 1.37 release. The functionality of these headers has been merged into boost/exception/exception.hpp. I was hoping that nobody will miss them but I guess I was wrong. :) I will explain the improvements I made in a few days, once I know that all tests pass on all of the supported platforms.
