Numeric tag metafunction does not ring well in my ears. I'll give it some thought.
Perhaps "Tagged Constant" sounds better. (API-breaking change: boost::mpl::math::zero now models this concept; it accepts a numeric tag as its parameter, no longer a numeric constant.) Cromwell D.
