[boost] [gsoc][signal_network] code in sandbox with build files, docs moved to wiki and boostbook/doxygen

Hello, For those interested in the Signal Network GSoC project: The code is in the sandbox (in /SOC/2007/signals), I have added bjam build files, as well as a test and example file (which are the same at this point). The docs related to GSoC have been moved to the wiki: http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/soc/2007/SignalNetwork and the prototype documentation has been revised into a boostbook+doxygen format that is very much under construction: http://dancinghacker.com/code/signet/ Regards, Stjepan
