[boost] [soc] mentoring acceptance pending

Hello, I applied for mentorship for Boost yesterday, my application is listed as acceptance pending. Does approval depend on Google, or on the Booster who has taking on administrative responsibilities (looks like Jeff from his recent SoC activity)?
