Thank you for the hint Steven, it helped me find a workaround. Really this looks like a bug in Boost Build. The locale project has nothing to do with the problem, it just happens to be the first that's loaded a second time. The first time it's loaded as: /C:/Users/Zajo/z/git/lib/boost_1_49_0/libs/locale/build The second time as: '/c:/Users/Zajo/z/git/lib/boost_1_49_0/libs/locale/build' Thank you once again!
