Could you get the latest and try to build again ? It works for me locally using:
bjam toolset=msvc-10.0
from the boost\libs\tti\doc directory. I did update the docs, but have more work to do both in the docs and in the implementation.

I have updated the trunk repository and I'm able to build the docs now.
That is good to hear. I am at work at making changes and will try to start posting changes incrementally based on the review. I will update those changes in the doc as I go along. Nobody feels worse about the long delay in getting TTI into a Boost distribution than I do myself.
