It seems the top-level SHA-1 are out of sync with some of the submodule content. Please find an actual checkout log attached. I'm currently unable to check out over a dozen of libraries. For Boost.Atomic the error is: Unable to checkout '1d237aba46c21d3f5b7cd1f3324da04f3f7ade7d' in submodule path 'libs/atomic' And an update reflecting the last changes would be nice too.
