[boost] Boost on FreeBSD [patch]

Dear Boost developers, I am currently testing a CVS snapshot of the upcoming boost 1.33.0 release (from 07/31), and I found the attached patch is needed. This is because the T_DIVIDE macro is already declared in the FreeBSD header file /usr/include/machine/trap.h, which is pulled via various other header files.
