[boost] [Date Time] Patch required to build docs

Hi, The documentation can't be built at the moment because of a work around in the date time documentation jamfile for an old boost build bug, Frank Mori Hess posted a patch to fix this: http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2007/09/127332.php Is it okay to apply it? Daniel
