Isn't that exactly how boost is designed to work?
No - it's designed for collaboration and cooperation. We don't have a Linus ;-) Many libraries are multi-author. Someone has to be in the driving seat, but the passengers get a say in where we are going, and can take over if the driver is tired (or going the wrong way).
