[boost] [operators] Regression for marking up?

Can someone familiar with Boost.Operators confirm that this needs marking up as expected: http://tinyurl.com/pw2qu There doesn't look to be much we can do with an internal compiler error, but you never know... And I swear that for now, "that's all folks", John.
