It gives us a better "paper" trail to see where each submission is, and can help automate some of the tasks that the review wizards and review managers are already doing.
I'll see if John Phillips, who is handeling the review of Eric's Time series library, wants to get the ball rolling. I'll start the ticket and he can close it.
