Yes.
Unless library auther think there is a regression (there maybe some incompartibilities with some platforms, but this is not a reason to wait)
"Incompatibilities" need to be marked up in the explicit-failures-markup.xml file, so we know that they are expected failures. How else can we tell a "regression" from an "incompatibility"?
We should go ahead. From what I see in regression reports we were ready for release month ago.
We can't go ahead with this many failures. Doug
