These tests broke several releases ago due to a change in Boost.Random, which is only used in the Accumulator's regression tests. Steven assures me it's not due to a bug in Random, but I still have my doubts. Regardless, I haven't had the time to investigate, so the tests have stayed broken. There is nothing wrong with Boost.Accumulators, though.
