Clear bin.v2 and rebuild bjam. Props to Hartmut for figuring this out.

Well, none of this is actually necessary. What is necessary though, is following the ONE TRUE WAY TO BUILD BOOST IN NO TIME, which is:

    ./bootstrap.sh     ./bjam

Okay, the ONE TRUE WAY works. (And auto_index builds as well.)
