[boost] [filesystem] minor problem with docs

The acknowledgements for filesystem/exception.hpp say "Peter Dimov patently identified requirements for portability and internationalization of error messages." I have a feeling this should say 'patiently.' I suppose 'patently' also makes sense here, but it seems a strange choice of words. Jonathan
