[boost] [1.33.1][multi_index] permission for changes in the branch

I've comitted two changes for multi_index into the trunk: 1. A bugfix for a multithreading problem with safe mode. 2. A fix to sync with std DR 130, see http://tinyurl.com/9lhfs These changes were planned for 1.34, but I'd like to move them to 1.33.1 if given permission. Am I?
