Make that 1.46.0 beta 1.
The files have been pushed up to SourceForge. Before sending out a release notice, I like to get a list of known problems and an indication of whether or not we plan to fix each before 1.46.0 itself ships.
So if you are aware of a problem with the beta, please post a mention of it here.
