[boost] ublas test4+5 failures

Please could somebody look into these: http://tinyurl.com/49lg5 http://tinyurl.com/4lvn8 These failures have occured for a long time now. The failing assertions produce popups that are very annoying for tests without the build monitor! Thanks, Stefan
