[boost] [test] request to integrate a bugfix to master

Dear all, Please move boost.test to rev f68df446a4a5a3873e262364b56c5c2446216ae6 as it contains an important bug fix in case header only version of boost.test is used. Thanks and sorry for the noise, Raffi
