I don't think the fact alone that noone is currently willing to perform some unappealing bureaucratic work (being a review manager) shows a lack of interest in a library. judging by the review schedule (almost no review managers), that would mean boost isn't very interested in new libraries in general. http://www.boost.org/community/review_schedule.html
