too generic of a name. I, for example, thought this is about
posix_spawn(). Maybe call it spawn_fiber or some such?

As I answered posix_spawn() is wrong because the lib supports Windows too.
Boost.spawn already names the function spawn_fiber() ...
I don't get your point or what I've to change.
