Thanks! If you didn't know already, bcp has some code to help automatically migrate to the Boost Software License.
Done (in 1.34 branch only, the head branch will be merged from here later on anyway, no?). I added a license statement to the documentation files as well (these were missing this completely) and tried to gather the corresponding information from the CVS. If I happened to forget somebody to mention accordingly, please add yourself! Regards Hartmut
