I couldn't find a way to do this. Maybe I have overlooked something. Anyway, making sure that operator<, operator== does the right thing is pretty important.
While ago there was an idea to have test_strict_weak_ordering. I had a prototype implemented. It never got into "production". Let me know how does it match with what you need (see attachment)
