I've just donwloaded the .zip with this link and unpacked it with WinZip9.0. All the docs are there (under relative path libs/statechart/doc). If your archive utility does not unpack it correctly you can also find the docs here: <http://boost-sandbox.sf.net/libs/statechart>.
