There is a "log in/create account" link at the very top right of the BoostCon wiki pages, which you can use to login. It took me a long time to find this little link, because it's hidden in the dark-colored bar than one's eye seems to naturally ignore.
I tried to email the webmaster address provided by the wiki, but got a response that delivery to webmaster@boostcon.com failed permanently:
