Please bare with me, it's a big overhaul of all the C++0x stuff, and there are some breakages - basically the Boost.Config test case that was provided for this isn't sufficient to fail in non-C++0x mode, so it got defined.... will fix shortly as soon as I can figure out a proper test case...
