There is only one change from RC1 - a fix to ASIO that caused some compile failures. Thanks to Ruben Perez for the report, and to Chris for the fix.

I have successfully built the libraries in Mac OS 12.6.4, with "Apple clang version 14.0.0 (clang-1400.0.29.202)” and C++ 03/11/14/17/20/2b, on both x86 and ARM. — Marshall
