Ingredients:
1 lb. Kraft mexican cheddar Jack natural finely shredded cheddar and monterrey-Jack cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
6 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
This may lead to much fatter code than needed.
Directions:
Mix all the above into 9 x 13 in. floured pan or pan covered with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 deg. for 15 min.
Bake at 350 deg. for 40 min. or until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle of pan.
While I don't want ot prematurely optimize, perhaps using a convection oven would lead to shorter execution times. Have a good weekend. :-) Jeff
