Those docs are not official yet; Andrew Sutton is working on them. The official BGL documentation is still the raw HTML files. Please do not include the QuickBook docs in the PDF.
Nod, I was looking forward to 1.41 etc and bringing the Trunk Jamfiles up to date, it won't go into the released PDF's until the code is merged to release. John.
